for permission to arrange a book fair
Dear Sir,
We the students of this school are
highly interested to arrange a book fair on the occasion of the School Annual
Day. We believe it will enhance the patriotic zeal among the students and
increase their love for reading books. We have already contacted the local
booksellers and publishers, and they have also given their consent to
participate in the fair. Some of the teachers of our school are giving us
necessary guidance.
We, therefore, request your honor to
kindly give us permission and necessary assistance to arrange and hold the fair
successfully in our school campus.
